Letter4U Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of specific content while keeping your Letter4U account. You can make a request here without signing in or installing the app.

What would you like removed?

  • Created letters and published pages
  • Uploaded images
  • Uploaded audio
  • Other user-generated content associated with your account

Include the page link and identify the content you want removed. If removing an image or audio would affect its page, we will confirm the scope with you before making changes.

Prepare your deletion request

Complete the fields below to prepare an email to kenjibuena.business@gmail.com. You will review and send it from your email app. Preparing a request does not send it or delete any data.

Use the email associated with your Letter4U account. Send your request from that address where possible.

Only include information needed to identify your content. We will never ask for your Google password or verification codes.

What happens after you send it

We may contact you to verify account ownership and confirm which data to delete before processing your request. We will reply by email about any information needed and the outcome. Your account and content outside the confirmed request remain active.

Limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained where required by law or needed to protect users and the service. Provider backups may take additional time to expire. Copies saved or shared by other people are outside Letter4U's control.
