Delete your Letter4U account

Delete from the website or Android app

1. Sign in to the Letter4U account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and scroll to the Danger zone.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Re-authenticate with the same Google account, type Delete, and confirm.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account, profile, credit balance, credit activity, rewards, published pages, custom page links, uploaded page media, and owner-scoped Letter4U records are deleted. Drafts stored only on your current device are also removed by the app after deletion succeeds.

What may be retained

Limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to protect users and the service. They are restricted and are not used to keep your public Letter4U account active.

If you cannot access your account

Email kenjibuena.business@gmail.com from the email associated with the account. Include “Letter4U account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Timing

In-app deletion begins immediately after successful re-authentication and confirmation. Provider backups and legally retained records may take additional time to expire according to their retention schedules.
