How to participate

  1. Create an original video that genuinely demonstrates or discusses Letter4U.
  2. Post it publicly on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube without fake engagement, misleading claims, copyrighted material you do not control, or another person’s private information without permission.
  3. Submit the public video URL. Letter4U will manually review originality, relevance, quality, lawful content, and visible engagement.

Reward rules

Registration or submission does not guarantee payment, credits, selection, or a minimum reward. Approved rewards are discretionary, depend on review and available funds, and are offered as PHP, USD, or Letter4U credits—not all three together. Cash allocations require separate identity and payout confirmation after approval; never send payment credentials through this form.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required to participate where you live, own or have permission for everything in the video, comply with platform rules and applicable law, disclose sponsorship when required, and avoid artificial views, likes, comments, or shares. You remain responsible for your content and any harm caused by unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating material.

License, review, and removal

You keep ownership of your video. By submitting its public URL, you allow Letter4U a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, evaluate, link to, repost, and feature the submitted video for this campaign and Letter4U promotion, subject to platform controls and applicable law. Letter4U may reject or disqualify submissions, correct errors, pause the campaign, or request proof of ownership and engagement. To request withdrawal or exercise privacy rights, contact kenjibuena.business@gmail.com.

Privacy and limitation

Letter4U stores your account UID, verified account email, public video URL, platform, acceptance record, review status, engagement score, and reward record to administer and audit the campaign. Records may be retained for up to 24 months after campaign close, or longer when legally required. Letter4U does not exclude obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded; otherwise, participation is voluntary and rewards remain subject to these terms and available pools.
