Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Letter4U, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that requirement applies.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, sell access to an account, or attempt to bypass authentication, credit, upload, moderation, or publishing controls.

3. Your content and license

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Letter4U a limited, worldwide license to host, process, display, resize, transcode, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote previews of, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or link.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not create or share content that is unlawful, sexually exploits or endangers children, contains non-consensual intimate material, credibly threatens violence, promotes hate or harassment, exposes private information without permission, impersonates or scams others, infringes intellectual property, spreads malware, or is primarily spam. You may not probe, scrape, overload, inject code into, reverse engineer, or interfere with Letter4U or another user’s pages.

5. Reporting and moderation

Published viewer pages include a report control. We may review reports, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or contact authorities where appropriate. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeat behavior, and legal requirements. For urgent child-safety or credible-threat matters, contact the appropriate local authority in addition to reporting the page.

6. Credits, billing, and refunds

Credits are a limited license to use eligible Letter4U features. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may expire or be adjusted where disclosed or where fraud, error, reversal, or abuse occurs. Prices and credit requirements are shown before purchase or publication.

Android digital purchases use Google Play Billing and are governed by Google Play’s billing, cancellation, and refund processes as well as applicable law. Web purchases may use a supported payment provider. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. If credits were not delivered after a completed purchase, contact us with the transaction reference.

7. Public links and availability

A published page may be accessed by anyone with its link. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for deleting content you no longer want available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Third-party services

Templates may use YouTube or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Letter4U is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or decisions.

9. Enforcement and termination

We may limit or terminate access for violations, security risk, legal obligations, fraud, or harm to users or the service. You may stop using Letter4U and delete your account at any time through Settings. See Account deletion.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Letter4U is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost content, or third-party conduct where such exclusions are lawful. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions, appeals, copyright notices, and support requests may be sent to kenjibuena.business@gmail.com.
